Water borne polyurethane dispersion

Akuarane series are polyurethane dispersions with a broad range of mechanical and chemical properties then used in variety of applications for textile and paint/coating industries. Polyurethane dispersion -Akuarane range from very soft and flexible film to very hard and high chemical resistant film properties. Small addition of cross-inker like polyisocyanate, aziridine, carbodiimide, melamine, etc,. can be used to improve water and chemical resistance or to improve mechanical properties.

Water borne acryl - urethane dispersion

Akuabrid HM Series are Polyurethane-acrylic hybrid dispersions mixed at molecular level with high modulus and hardness with excellent water and chemical resistant properties. Especially Akuabrid HM 6000 series provide the formulator eco-friends /low V.O.C. high performance coating application with higher hardness and excellent chemical resistant properties. Small addition of cross-inker like polyisocyanate, aziridine, carbodiimide, melamine, etc,. can be used to improve water and chemical resistance or to improve mechanical properties.

Akuapol

Water borne acryl polyol dispersion

Akuapol series are Eco-friends Waterborne Polyol Emulsion can be applied two pack combination. Combination with water dispersible isocyanate or melamine gives high Modulus/hardness with Excellent water resistant property. 2-pack combination with water-dispersible isocyanate can give the green solution of room temperature curing application like wood coating, floor coating and industrial metal coating, etc.

Matt PUD

Low gloss(matt) Polyurethane dispersion

GRP series is a matt waterborne polyurethane resin that does not use inorganic substances that exhibit a matting effect, and provides matt properties by adjusting the particle size of the aqueous polyurethane. It is also a solvent-free waterborne resin that does not use toxic solvents. Matt waterborne polyurethane resin exhibits soft-feel touch, scratch resistance properties, non-slip properties and hydrolysis resistance properties depending on the type. Matt waterborne polyurethane resin is applied to paper coating, flexible packaging film coating, wrapping paper, artificial leather, woodworking, flooring, and automobile interior materials.
