NEMOA™ CAST
Product Usage
Nemoa™ Cast can be applied when it is necessary to fix or support a part of the body by compressing it among fractures or other orthopedic diseases. It is used for the purpose of preventing and protecting external impact, pain relief and treatment on the treated area.
Features
Nemoa™ Cast are "polyester fiber" or "glass fiber and moisture-curable polyurethane resin." Hardening begins 1 to 2 minutes after immersion in water, and hard enough to support the weight after about 15 to 20 minutes. In particular, the polyester type cast product has not only the advantages of the existing plaster bandage, but also the advantages of the glass fiber type cast.

Great Strength
Moisture-curing polyurethane directly produced by T&L's technology provides excellent support to the injured area after curing and safely protects the affected area from external impact.
Environmental Friendly
Since it can be incinerated after use, it is possible to solve problems of environmental pollution or medical waste.
Conformability and Moldability
It is made of polyester knit tape with an ideal structure, so it has excellent elasticity, and especially, it has excellent moldability, so it is easy to work on body parts that are difficult to work such as elbows and ankles. In addition, there is almost no unnecessary contractive force that can be applied to body protrusions such as ankle bones.

NEMOA™ FLEX
Product Usage
Nemoa™ Flex can be applied to simple fractures, sprains of the wrist/ankle, functional fixation that allows slight movement, use in parallel with 'hard cast', and use as secondary casting. It can be used that requires a limited movement rather than a rigid fixation of the treatment area.
- Sports medicine
- Nemoa™ Flex provides some mobility and retains ductility and elasticity even after full cure.
- Cast Bracing
- It can be used as a customized brace that gives a certain degree of mobility when sprains occur in elbows, knees and ankles.
- Secondary Casting
- After applying the Nemoa™ Cast to the fracture patient, semi-rigid Nemoa™ Flex can be used as a secondary casting depending on the healing process.

Product Usage
Nemoa™ Elasticast is a cast product for strength reinforcement independently developed by T&L using functional polyester fiber. When used with Nemoa™ Flex, it is a cast for strength reinforcement, and when used alone, it can be used as a hard cast with high conformability.
